Shipping & Delivery Policy

Since SuggestMyCollege offers digital education services and digital reports rather than physical goods, this policy outlines the fulfillment and electronic delivery of all digital services.
1. Nature of Delivery
SuggestMyCollege is a digital educational platform. We do not sell or dispatch physical goods. All services purchased on the Platform — including mock test packs, predictive rank reports, and 1:1 counselling sessions — are delivered electronically via your student dashboard, email, and SMS notifications.

3. Delayed Access / Non-Delivery Support
- 3.1If your payment is successful but access to a purchased test series or counselling slot is not reflected in your account within 2 hours, please contact our support team at support@suggestmycollege.com with your transaction reference number.
- 3.2Our technical team will promptly investigate and either (a) provision the access manually, or (b) issue a full refund as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. No Physical Shipping Fees
Because no physical merchandise is dispatched, there are zero shipping charges, courier handling fees, or parcel tracking codes associated with purchases made on SuggestMyCollege.
