1. Nature of Electronic Delivery

SuggestMyCollege is a digital educational platform operated by SUGGESTMYCOLLEGE EDUCON INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. We do not manufacture, package, or dispatch physical goods. All educational products purchased on the Platform — including online mock test packs, rank prediction scores, admission probability calculations, and 1:1 counselling appointments — are delivered electronically via your student dashboard, email, and SMS/WhatsApp notifications.

3. Delayed Access & Support Escalation

  • 3.1If your payment is successful but access to the purchased test series or counselling schedule does not appear in your portal within 2 hours, please contact our support desk at support@suggestmycollege.com with your transaction reference number.
  • 3.2Our technical support engineers will investigate promptly and either (a) manually provision your account permissions, or (b) issue a full refund pursuant to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Zero Physical Shipping or Handling Charges

Because no physical merchandise is dispatched, there are zero shipping fees, delivery surcharges, courier logistics costs, or tracking numbers associated with any transaction made on SuggestMyCollege. All purchases are delivered digitally and free of transit charges.
